2. License Grant
Upon purchasing a license key, ARISUWORKS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use InboxGenius in accordance with these terms. The license is tied to your individual usage and device(s). Sharing license keys is strictly prohibited.
3. API Keys and Usage
You are responsible for providing your own API keys for third-party AI services (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI). You are solely responsible for any charges or costs incurred by your usage of these third-party APIs.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with InboxGenius, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team.
5. Limitation of Liability
InboxGenius and ARISUWORKS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
