How does the license activation work?
When you purchase InboxGenius, you'll receive a license key starting with "IG-". You activate this key directly inside the Thunderbird extension (under the License tab). To prevent sharing, the key is bound to your device's unique identifier.
I got a new computer. How do I transfer my license?
You can deactivate your current device directly inside the extension options panel. Once deactivated, your key becomes available to be used on your new device.
Do I need to pay monthly?
No! InboxGenius is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license. However, you will need to provide your own API key for the AI model you choose (like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek) which may have their own usage costs. We also support local Ollama models completely free.
