License Verification Data: We collect your IP address, license key, and a generated anonymous device identifier solely for the purpose of validating your license and preventing unauthorized distribution.
Emails and Content: We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit your emails to our servers. All AI processing is done locally (if using Ollama) or sent directly from your machine to the AI provider you configure (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini). We have no access to your email content.

When using InboxGenius, your email data is sent directly to your configured AI provider based on your API keys. Please review the privacy policies of the respective providers (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) for details on how they handle your data.
